    • What is the difference between hybrid and ultrasonic?

      The hybrid type is to perform humidification while the water temperature is constant; the hybrid type is to heat the water with an electric heater and then humidify.

    • What is the temperature of the air outlet?

      The air outlet temperature of hybrid model is approximately 35°C. In a state where the air is full of mist, the temperature of the air outlet will gradually become the same as the room temperature. The air outlet temperature of ultrasonic model is basically the same as the room temperature (water temperature).

    • After using the humidifier for a while, there will be white powder attached to it…

      The tap water contains bleaching powder and mineral components, so when atomized, the bleaching powder and mineral components may form white powder in the air and gradually attach to the furniture or walls during use. .

    • Can I use mineral water?

      Please do not use mineral water, well water or rain.
      Because it may contain a large amount of mineral components or impurities such as calcium, and these components may also adhere to the vibrator generating the mist, making it unable to vibrate sufficiently and resulting in less and less mist.
      In addition, please do not use distilled water (pure water), because it is not conductive, and it may also cause the ultrasonic vibrator to not vibrate.

    • Can I use aromatic oil?

      When using aromatic oils and essential oils, make sure that they penetrate into the aroma felt attached to the product.
      It is strictly forbidden to put the oils into the product or the sink, or else the ingredients contained in aromatic oils or essential oils may cause the sink to rupture or the main unit of the product to malfunction.
      Please be careful that the malfunction and damage caused by the wrong use of aromatic oil or essential oil are not covered by the warranty.

    • After running for one night while sleeping, the main unit of the product and the bed are all wet the next morning…

      If you turn off the heater when you sleep in the winter night, it will cause the room temperature to gradually drop, even below 15°C. If the product continues to run in this state, condensation will easily occur.
      When using the product while sleeping and at room temperature below 15°C, humidity above 60%, or in an environment where it is predicted that this may occur, be sure to adjust the humidification mode to ‘L: Low’ or ‘SL: Slight’, or stop using according to the actual situation.
